Your Role: IT Support Specialist
In this hands-on role, you will be the frontline hero for our users, ensuring their technology works seamlessly to support business operations. You will be based in our modern Woodlands office, providing essential support and managing key IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily first-line IT support, troubleshooting issues related to internet connectivity, printers, computer hardware, audio-visual equipment, and various software applications.

Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including software licenses, and oversee the IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Work closely with external vendor support teams to resolve complex technical problems within the desktop environment.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all critical IT hardware, including computers, monitors, printers, and network devices.

Proactively identify and manage IT opportunities, risks, and challenges within the help desk operations.

Set up, configure, and maintain facial recognition devices to ensure secure access to our office premises.
