DUTIES
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of duties to help keep the office running smoothly. This will include answering phone calls, typing correspondence, sorting mail, preparing presentations and documentation, managing appointments and scheduling, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for managing our electronic document tracking system and ensuring that all documents are properly filed and organized.
The document tracking system manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and other events. They also order office supplies and equipment, and manage transportation for conferences, courses, meetings, and hearings. Other duties include managing assets and performing all tasks related to the role.

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education with a typing course or any other training that will enable them to do the work well. They should also be computer literate and have good communication skills (written and verbal). In addition, they should be able to work well under pressure, be punctual and confidential, and have good telephone etiquette.
